Our hotel restaurant menu draws inspiration from the unique character of the Little Carpathians. Traditional Slovak cuisine is complemented by local specialties from the Little Carpathian wine-growing region and dishes prepared using carefully selected ingredients.
Whenever possible, we use locally sourced products, herbs grown directly in the hotel grounds, and products from our own smokehouse. We take pride in careful preparation and authentic flavours that naturally belong to this region.
