Fresh air is the best cook
We composed the menu for the hotel restaurant with respect to the uniqueness of this locality. Therefore we combined traditional Slovak cuisine with the Little Carpathian Wine Region specialities.
We like quality meat and when preparing steaks, we use various side dishes and herbs, which we grow near the hotel. When possible, we like to use local ingredients and products from our own smokehouse.
