At Hotel Zochova chata****, we have opened a new section of our Wellness & SPA centre, offering an even deeper dimension of relaxation, regeneration, and experiences in the heart of the Little Carpathians.

The new section of our Wellness & SPA Centre introduces a unique sauna world and relaxation zones:

- Onyx Sauna featuring atmospheric backlighting of natural stone
- Peeling Steam Sauna with aromatherapy and intensive skin care benefits
- Relaxation Room with salt walls for deep relaxation and regeneration
PEELING STEAM SAUNA – DEEP SKIN REGENERATION
The steam peeling sauna with a temperature of 40–50 °C and up to 100% humidity offers intense relaxation combined with skin care benefits:
- gently yet effectively cleanses and renews the skin
- supports the release of the respiratory tract
- helps relieve muscle tension and regenerate the body
- leaves the skin soft, fresh, and radiant
RITUAL SAUNA – AN EXPERIENCE FOR ALL THE SENSES
Intensive sauna rituals at temperatures of 90–100 °C provide:
- support for the body’s natural detoxification
- strengthening of immunity and vitality
- deep relief from stress and mental tension
- average sauna humidity of 5–15%, increasing to 20–35% during sauna rituals
ONYX SAUNA – HARMONY OF HEAT AND NATURE
A Finnish sauna with a temperature of approximately 80 °C and the gentle atmosphere of illuminated onyx helps:
- regenerate the body after physical activity
- relax muscles and joints
- induce deep relaxation and mental calmness
- sauna humidity ranges between 5–15%
RELAXATION ROOM WITH SALT WALLS
The new wellness area also includes a relaxation room with salt walls, creating a unique atmosphere inspired by natural salt caves.
Salt environments have long been perceived as a natural support for body regeneration. They help create a calming microclimate that positively affects the respiratory system, supports overall relaxation, and brings a feeling of lightness and relief.
