- The condition for granting the discount is submission of loyalty card and ID card on arrival at the hotel reception.
- To activate a loyalty card, you will need to register at the hotel reception or fill out the registration form.
- The card is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- When your card expires, the new one will be issued with discounts based on stays in the previous year.
- Loyalty card discounts do not apply to accommodation packages, tours organized by intermediaries and other discounted stays.
